I built this for my family's dealership in Elkhart so they'd have a site they actually owned, could update themselves, and weren't paying a monthly platform fee for. The whole thing is config-driven, so if they ever want to rebrand or open a second lot, I just swap one file. I spent way too long on the SEO slug generator, but watching their Google traffic climb made it worth it.
The admin side is honestly my favorite part, because it's where the dealership actually lives day to day. There's a dashboard with lot stats (total vehicles, time on lot, category breakdown), an inventory manager with one-click "mark as sold," and an Add Vehicle form with a VIN decoder that fills in the specs so nobody has to type out transmission details by hand. The analytics page pulls real GA4 data right into the dashboard, and the reports section slices the whole inventory and exports to CSV for tax time.
