This personal project was an exploration in both technology and design. I built the Tap Room Inventory Manager as a CRUD application using React.js and Redux, ensuring smooth state management and a seamless user experience. With Material UI, I was able to craft a clean and responsive interface that not only manages the inventory of our imaginary tap room but also provides an inviting and accessible environment for users.
What truly inspired me during this project was the chance to experiment with Neumorphic design ideas. Embracing soft shadows, subtle gradients, and a tactile aesthetic, I reimagined the conventional user interface into something both modern and delightful. This endeavor was more than just a coding exercise—it was a creative journey that taught me how thoughtful design can elevate everyday functionality into an engaging and visually inspiring experience.
This was a little bit of a fun family project. My kids enjoyed playing with the neupmorphic buttons, so I let them name all the brews on tap.
