Hackboat is an infosec unconference that happens on an actual boat in Portland. I'd been wanting to go for a few years and finally got my schedule to cooperate in 2025, so I volunteered to build the site. The pirate theme was extremely fun to design around. The event itself was a great day, good people, good talks, very chaotic boat logistics.
